Because orders are prepared fresh to order, cancellation or refund requests must be made as early as possible before your order is arranged. Contact us as soon as possible if there's an issue with your order.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Promo codes are subject to their stated terms and validity period, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
