Please ensure the delivery address and recipient details you provide are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Bouquet orders are prepared fresh to order, so cancellation or refund requests for them must be made as early as possible before your order is arranged; cosmetics and hair care orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible if there's an issue with your order.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Promo codes are subject to their stated terms and validity period, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
